These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full and binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bazawin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bazawin, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these obligations.

bazawin's total maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Closure by you: You may close your bazawin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@bazawin. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or closure by bazawin: bazawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, bazawin reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure is for administrative or safety reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should contact support immediately. Self-exclusion takes effect as quickly as technically possible and may be applied for a defined period or permanently. You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding against bazawin.

Nothing in this section prevents bazawin from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach of these Terms.
